D.L. George and Sons in Waynesboro, PA has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Responsibilities include all facets of accounts payable including:
- Coding and entering invoices, with a heavy concentration on job costing
- Ensure W-9 and insurance coverage is up to date
- Processing weekly check runs, as well as individual one-off payments
- Reconciliation to subcontractor and supplier statements
- Accrual of sales tax as required
- Coverage of front desk during breaks and lunch
- Filing of paperwork associated with A/P
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 3+ years of A/P experience
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Must be motivated with attention to detail and ability to follow through on items until resolution
- Good communication skills
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
